Waterful Travel helps design and manage the cruise while creating opportunities for engagement, fundraising, and financial give-back based on eligible group participation.

How much can our nonprofit receive from a fundraising cruise?

Waterful Travel's give-back increases with participation. Eligible programs can receive a give-back ranging from 1% for groups of 10–50 cabins up to 5% for a full-ship charter, calculated on eligible net revenue earned by Waterful Travel from qualifying group bookings and subject to program terms and conditions.

Does our nonprofit have to manage everyone's reservations?

No. Waterful Travel can help coordinate group reservations, guest communication, payments, travel details, and pre-sailing support so your organization can remain focused on its supporters and mission.

Can we customize the cruise around our nonprofit's mission?

Yes. Depending on the sailing and program, experiences can incorporate private gatherings, donor recognition, educational programming, speakers, celebrations, branded elements, fundraising activities, and other experiences designed around your organization.
